We pride ourselves on being trial lawyers ready and able to litigate to conclusion when settlement is impossible. However, our objective is to avoid litigation by employing alternative mechanisms for dispute resolution whenever possible.
Although our lawyers are not mediators, mediation is required in all divorce cases. This allows the parties to attempt to come to an agreement on their own, without having a judge decide important decisions for them. Mediation, however, doesn't always meet the needs of our clients. Our attorneys are always prepared to take any case to trial, and where appropriate, appeal to the appellate courts in Florida.
